After running this giveaway for almost a year now, we have come to love it. However, we have also come to learn that unfortunately, that there are people who want to cheat you out of your fair shot at winning.

We do this giveaway every week because we firmly believe it is only fair to our beloved family of customers and fans that we protect their right to have a fun experience in hopes to be selected as one of our winners.

Every Friday we choose to run the Giveaway, 5 people will be initially chosen at random to win, and winners will stay if qualified per the following regulations.

B. Per Law, representing yourself as someone else is classified as Identity Theft.

The Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act of 1998 (18 U.S.C.S. ?? 1028) makes identity theft a federal crime, carrying penalties of up to 15 years imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250,000.

C. Our contest requires you to post as a Facebook User. Your name on Facebook must represent your Legal Name. Failure to represent yourself as your Legal Identity will permanently disqualify you from entering our online contests.

D. We blacklist posters who are attempting to misrepresent themselves, by using any and numerous fake Facebook Accounts.

E. The age of the winner must be factual and over 18 years. Households may have one entry per person that qualifies and is using a valid Facebook Account. Only (2) Two winning certificates may be redeemed upon purchase at a Gardner-White Furniture store. You and any other winners involved must produce Identification matching the Gift Certificates.
